What can I expect from a consultation?

Initial Consultation - 60 minutes

Here we will discuss your current symptoms and conditions and dive into your past health history, family history, current diet and lifestyle practices to begin to unearth what the root cause may be. I will give you a treatment plan - a plan that you agree will be manageable and achievable for you within the set out timeframe - these mutually agreed upon goals will see you embark on your journey back to good health.

Follow up Consultation - 30-45 Minutes

At the follow up we will discuss how well you have implemented the treatment plan and make any modifications necessary. If all is on track we can begin to build upon and refine your treatment plan for ongoing success.

Most of my clients will have between 4-8 consultations with me, some clients require more and some less. This is dependant on the nature of the condition you are seeking treatment for. I encourage my clients to take advantage of the packages as they offer the best value.

What is your cancellation policy?

I respect that your time is valuable and I appreciate that you understand mine is too. For this reason I require at least 24 hours notice if you can not keep your appointment, or if you need to reschedule it. You can do so via email hello@cradlenutrition.com.au

Cancellations within the 24 hour notice period will result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

Please complete the questionnaire (sent to you when you made your booking) and email it back to me before attending your appointment. If you are unable to do this please print it out to complete it and be sure to bring it with you.

Ask your doctor for a copy of any pathology results and if possible bring them with you or ask the doctor to email us a copy at hello@cradlenutrition.com.au

What are your qualifications?

I received my Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine from Endeavour College of Natural Health and my Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition from Monash University. I am also a recognised Mindd Practitioner and am now exploring the best courses to begin Postpartum Doula Training and Breastfeeding Counselling in 2021.
